By using the enzyme amyloglucosidase, we “coax” our brewer’s yeast to breakdown more complex sugar chains leaving behind a nice dry and roasty Brown IPA. Carafa and CaraMunich malts provide color and balance to this Mosaic forward Brut. ABV 6.5%
