Granny’s Gose | Granny Smith Apple Sour – ABV 5%
Fresh-sliced Granny Smith apples were introduced into the secondary fermentation stage in this kettle soured ale. Naturally occurring wild yeast found on the apples kickstarted a tertiary fermentation, creating a “lil’ ol’ lady’s” worth of tartness to this puckering brew.
